I also am receiving this message and cannot find any information as to what's going on. The streaming seems to be working fine, but when I log in to view the channel, I receive the same error message.

  well whens this gonna happen cause I've paid for a ppv that is showing this stupid banner !!!!! Seriously restricted for what ??? If I've paid for it there should be nothing to do with restrictions what so ever . It's not like im stealing anything , this is ridiculous and a main reason I don't use ustream much . Tech support here is horrible !!! This is the last time I will be coming here if I don't get to watch what I've been waiting for .

I have been enjoying ustream for 2 weeks now and have had no problems viewing the animal cams. Today, every time I try to view a cam I get an error box message in the middle of the cam screen telling me that I am not allowed to view it because of my 'areas viewing rights restrictions'. I can watch ustream on my mother's computers and she lives in the same town as me and my husband can view your website on his phone. Why am I not able to view your cams anymore on my laptop?

I'm also getting "This content is not available in your area due to rights restrictions" on Chrome, Opera and Safari, I'm on the same country of the broadcaster.
But using the app for iPhone I'm able to see the broadcast even that the phone is conected trough WiFi on the same network that the computer.
Computer running MAC OS.

Status report:
Trying to play the live stream on UStream page, shows less than a second of the stream and then the message appears.
Don't know if this is involved in the same issue, but now on the app for iOS, the video disappears every now and then, showing only a black screen, but you can see the USTREAM text on the upper right corner of the screen. The audio is playing as it should.

Browsers tested:
Chrome MAC Version 19.0.1084.54
Safari MAC v5.1.5
Firefox MAC v11.0
Opera MAC v11.64

My IP is 37.112.24.102 (Russia), but i can't see my channel !? WTF!? We have all rights for broadcasted content.

Some countries block or not allow certain websites. I know Malaysia and Holland are two of them. UStream is not on their pre-allowed list of websites.
