Accidently deleted video, how do I upload a broadcast copy from my desktop?
I accidentally deleted the video of my broadcast. Have a .flv copy saved on my desktop, how do I reload? (she types calmly while trying not to panic....)

Have you tried to broadcast the recorded video with Producer?

Max, we tried the rebroadcast, but the end product was jerky, with the sound cutting in and out. We had a full internet connection using Usteam Producer, but the frame rate would not stay consistent. We have a pristine copy of the the original broadcast in your .slv format which we were able to convert into a cleam .mpg. Can either of these formats be directly without broadcast?

How big was the .mpg and how long was the recording?
