Audio bleed from another source into live stream

Our channel that we were live streaming was picking up audio from another channel. Any thoughts?

Do you have a link to the broadcast so I can listen to it? Do you mean another channel as in a: Ustream channel or left and right audio channels?

Here's the link...not sure where the audio was coming from. All we had going was our livestream broadcast. Thanks!
