Broadcasting a PPV, video is ok, no sound using Producer
Test broadcasts worked fine. Started PPV and video shows up fine but there is not audio. Using Ustream Producer

Can you please provide a link to the recorded broadcast?
Can you please try a test broadcast and send me a screenshot of your Producer Screen (making sure to include the audio source that is checked on the right)?

Also, the day before the PPV event we streamed our weigh-ins with no problems.
Another interesting fact is that we restarted the stream several times and rebooted our computer. After none of those efforts worked we logged into our Ustream dashboard and navigated to Channel/Events/PPV Events and clicked "Stop PPV". Immediately after we did that, both audio and video worked great...which was great for our viewers that had purchased tix but it meant at that point people were then able to view the stream for free when it was meant to be a PPV.

Do you think it is possible that when you relaunched Producer the Line in was not selected? Are you able to do a test again to verify that the audio is not coming through on a regular basis?
