Can I record videos without clicking Start Broadcasting? or without internet for instance. I use Producer Studio.

You have to be broadcasting before you can record. Please start recording and then press the record button.Comment

With Producer you have to be connected to the Internet to record to Ustream or your PC.

last question, The one that i broadcast will be the recorded video output to PC. so if my settings is in Medium Bandwidth, the quality of the recorded video will be the same. Any solution to get the recorded videos in HD? without adjusting the HD bandwidth which requires higher internet.

You can only record at the same bit rate you are broadcasting at. There is no way to record at one bit rate and broadcast at another.
