can not sign on to my account...
I can not sign on to my account. I don't know why. I urn off my firewired and still can not sign on

hi..came here to find out any resolution. I couldn't relogin into my account last night on my computer because whille I was steaming the broadcast froze but the audio was still going my recording showed too, I needed the video to keep going. I only had the live broadcast screen going but had previously closed the home page cause I didn't want that page to run in the background I figure it was slowing my stream down & would be able to open up the main screen login & was still logged in. So right after the video froze I tried to refresh the live stream screen but no changes by then I knew I ruined the connection to you folks & computer takes too long to reconnect so I figure there must have been a glitch so I reboothed my computer & switched over to my android to stream live just to keep live streaming & it logged in normally, but logging into ustream from my computer I could not even get any response when clicking the login button & 'til now it's still the same. Gonna try to back date my computer to see if can login if not I'll get back with you folks.

well back dating my computer messed it more cause it disabled my wifi internet acces so I ended up undoing that so i got my wifi access back. I did confirm that I can access my account on another computer or from my phone access is okay, but on this laptop it still wouldn't be able to login or even play any streams. So my sister went into my internet options & erased all my stored passed words & tried to relogin again & behold I was able to click onto login button & it popped up & I could login again..I went wow!! But my sister says sometimes some sites have popup or somekind of store addons that may have restricted my access on my internet exployer. What I couldn't understand is how this glitch had made changes during my broadcast remains a mistery...anyways I am back on again. Let me know if I need to do anymore prevention maintenance...happy for now..:)

I am glad you were able to log in. Please keep your browsers up to date as well as Flash Player and I suggest deleting your cache and cookies frequently. -
