Can't log in.

Edit Subject

I logged in Ustream and couldn't log out. Now I can't even log in. I've tried several times to change my username or password but haven't been able to do that either. I've also tried to sign up again. Nothing has worked. I would appreciate your help. Thanks.

I've experienced the same issue, as have some of my colleagues. When I click the Login link, instead of getting the pop-up box asking for my username and password, I get an "error on page" note. I'm waiting for a response from the Ustream technical team.

Cipher strength: 128-bit

I saw your earlier post to someone else, and tried Google Chrome. It worked, but I sure wish I could access my account like I used to with IE.

This should resolve your issue. Also we strongly recommend you use Firefox or Chrome and not Internet Explorer.
