Chat broken. Keyboard support all messed up
Chat, I am on a Win 7 64bit pro English OS PC with NORWEGIAN keyboard setting on. But your chat ignores it and forces UK/US setting (does NOT happen anywhere else on anything I use online/app wise) which makes it impossible for me to chat properly or use smilies to convey intent. To do a smiley I have to go to new tab, type it into either Google search bar or address field and then copy and paste it into chat. My keyboard is also Norwegian layout. FIX

I'm having the same problem.
It seems to me it is NOT the problem that other languages are not supported, but rather that something is seriously messed up.
As Sub-level28 has said, this does not happen anywhere else!
I almost never use the chat because of this, and I guess most other people from all over the world don't, either.
I can only repeat: FIX this please. -

I'm from Germany, and it won't take things like ' ? and - _. It should really be fixed, you have no excuse to not fix this.

BTW. Now that you are official partner with Sony and PlayStation 4 you MUST fix this.
PlayStation is rather huge over here in Europe. Bigger than Xbox 360 -
