How Can Chatroom Here A Live Phone Call & What To Config?

I'm trying to have my chatroom hear a live phone call for an interview during a broadcast. I'm using a controller and my laptop. Now I know I can use Skype, Oovoo, etc, but the person wants to do it via phone. Now the only way I can call from my laptop is by using the phone feature in Gmail with the dialpad. I can talk to the person through my dj controller, and I can hear them back through my laptop through the headphones. But, the chatroom can not hear the person over the phone, and I recorded to see if I can hear as well but I couldn't. Is there a way that I can config my audio settings so that the chatroom can hear the person over the phone?
