How can I cancel my Starter package membership?

I've tried reading through this forum and can't find anything. I've never had this much trouble canceling anything. I can't even find my billing information.

Hi,
Log into your account and click on your username in the upper right corner. Click on "Pro". Under your plan overview you should be able to see the Cancel Subscription button.
