How can I contact the sales support ?
I bought commercial free starter pack - I couldnt get it working when i needed it. There was no tech support available nor contact number on receipt. I have already sent request via email....now i just want to cancel it

You can cancel your Pro Broadcasting plan any time on your Pro Broadcasting Dashboard after logging into your account. You can reach it on this link: https://www.ustream.tv/ustream-pro/ov...
You'll find a button with a label "Cancel plan".
May I ask what do you mean you couldn't get it working when you needed it? Did your viewers saw ads on your show after purchasing the Starter package? I really hope we can find out what went wrong. Thank you!Comment -

I have replied to this email and a couple other contact emails from ustream and still no refund. You have to know this just adds to my frustration. Can you possibly check and get back to me on when this will occur.
