How can I switch back to the "old site" view?
I clicked on to "try the new format" and would like to go back to the one I saw yesterday. How can I do this?

We are currently aware of compatibility issues our links in the new beta site are having with IE8, IE9 and older versions of Firefox. So that might be what you're experiencing if when you click on the "old site" link nothing happens.
But we have confirmed that it is working in Chrome, Safari and the most recent Firefox version (version 11).
If you're using IE8, IE9 and older Firefox versions please either update your Firefox or switch to a different browser like Chrome and see if it works.

Hi! If at any time you'd like to go back to our old site after trying out the new site, you can do so by:
1. Clicking the Feedback tab on the right-hand side of the webpage
2. Clicking the "old site" link

I am not getting that "feedback" button the instructions say to click on. Not ANY of the tabs/videos or ANYTHING works for me. THIS SUCKS !!!!!!!

1How to go back to the old u-stream stream. I hit feedback for your beta format unknowing that I can't return to the black lettering on white screen stream. It does give and option, but your icon doesn't seem to work. This black screen with white lettering is very difficult for me to read.

It's very awkward! The SEND button is over top of the posts. It seems dark and hard to navigate. I can't even get to the Ustram home page from here, and can't tell if I'm logged in or not! I should never have tried the "try me" tab! Dumb move on my part!

Why does the "old site" button not work. Give me some options to try to get me back to the non-beta format. This is so ridiculous and very frustrating. -

Totally forgot about firefox since I always use IE. It worked, I have the old site back.Thanks. I wish I would have had such an easy answer from day one. I will be wary of any other trials, or wanting feedbacks from now on. Obviously who ever sets up your programs doesn't do trial runs on all the aspects of programming that is necessary to keep the public happy. This problem should not have occured. Poor planning on U-stream.

This format has no chat. I followed the demo on how to get chat, but it doesn't work. also how to enlarge the screen is a problem. No log in button.

@Linda - thanks for giving me that information! The good news is for users who don't like the white text on black background format we have an option called "Lights On" which you can click while you're inside of a channel page. It changes the view from white text on black screen to black text on white screen, so hopefully you'll like that better.
In regards to your unhappiness with the service you're paying for would you like me to contact you privately to discuss more? -

is there no one responding to the major issue of there not being a 'feedback' button to click on to revert back to the old ustream version?
This seems to be a very urgent need for a lot of users.
Please respond with REAL answers re: how to revert back...and make it realistic please...there is no feedback flag...real answers asap.-
Hi RubyDubidoux - So sorry for the inconvenience! You have to be logged in to see the feedback tab. If you're still not noticing it please try switching to a different web browser, such as Firefox or Chrome. If you've already logged in and tried a different browser and still aren't seeing it can you please send me a screenshot so I can see what you're seeing?

Hi Lisa...above is a screen capture showing no feedback flag and I am logged in. I have logged in and out several times. I have upgraded to flash 12.0...nothing seems to work..

I had to click on the smallest rectangle and hit refresh!

The Feedback link doesn't work on my Android Ice Cream Sandwich. Can't get to the old site. New one isn't entirely compatible with this version of Android. Can't see all of the great info below the Decorah Eagles on the new site which is available on the "old site."

If you are on Android you could use App (in the marketplace). If you want to use the web browser on Android you could try clearing the cache and cookies to go back to the old site.

I am very frustrated with Ustream Beta. Clicked on it without knowing what I was getting into & now I can't find chat,the 3 rectangles don't work, can't find the feedback button. I want to go back to ustream classic(I think it is caled.

Have you tried clearing the cache/cookies in your browser for Ustream. Once you do this and restart your browser you should be taken back to the old site.

Well now we have the problem with Chrome users not being able to return - New Ustream crashes my computer in a way that is 100% fatal - A total lock up requiring a reboot - I will soon boycott ANY webcam using Ustream - for my own protection -

sick of their runaround
I suddenly got back to the old system a few days after having the problem. Did not do a thing to switch back. I too have basically given up on UStream. Their Tower Bridge" in London has shown the same loop over and over for almost 9 months. I've written them and get the "it's XXX's problem. I write XXX and the say it's someone else and to write them. "Not us, it's YYY". No one will take blame for any of the ones I write them about. Besides, their selection doesn't have much of what I want to see anyway...and theirs are usually available from other websites to begin with. -
