How do prospective professional clients communicate with Ustream staff?
A client would like us to use Ustream to webcast a series of high-profile events on a day in November, and we'd like to explore a combination of Livepack rentals and some other production services. I submitted an information request via your web form and got an email with a list of services...and nothing more. A reply to that email got me a list of unrelated links and the support email. A message to that support email address was refused, referring me to this message board.
Sorry for this slightly snarky remark, but is there actually a production services division at Ustream that offers the services you list on your website, prepared to support a professional production for a client?
Thanks for confirming what services Ustream stands ready to provide in this area and informing me how a client reaches them to request a detailed project quote.
this question +1
As mentioned above, this is exactly what I did first and other than the following generic auto-response, no one from the sales team ever followed-up with me:
"Dear Joseph Finneran,
Thank you for your interest in Ustream. We received your request for our Global Production Services. Ustream offers many opportunities for production services depending on your needs, including:
Complete event production services, from soup-to-nuts
Videography, encoding and producing
Internet and satellite connections
A member of our team will be in touch about your inquiry shortly based on the description you provided in our form. If you have questions about how to use our service, please refer to ustream.tv/support-center.
Ustream Production Services Team"
Considering that the online form doesn't seem to produce the results you describe and that are promised in the system's auto-response, can you suggest another way to connect directly with a live person on your sales team?
