How to use Serato w/ Ustream to video mix live?
Hey everyone. Im trying to use serato SL1 to video mix live on Ustream. I have the basic DJ gear needed (5 channel board, 2 cd turntables, laptop, and a PC desktop). Im hoping someone can help me with how to broadcasting my video mixing into ustream/ustream producer without buying another piece of equipment. Thank you everyone for any/all answers

How is the mixer connected to your computer?
If you connect it to the line in on your computer you should be able to select it in Producer as the Audio Input.Comment -

Thank you for responding. As far as audio goes, that is working properly. How do i do the same thing with video though? As far as my mixer/pc connections: I have the "normal" serato setup (laptop to serato box, box, to cd players, etc), my mixer's zone line is running into the line-in soundcard on PC desktop. I don't understand how to make the bridge/gap into video mixing as i do the audio..

Is the video coming from a webcam or are you trying to capture your computer screen?
