I Paid for HD but it's not working

Good Afternoon, I have two UStream account... A "Save my son" channel and a "Push Has Come to Shove" channel. I paid to upgrade the "save my son" channel to HD but then when I tried to use it last week, only the "Push Has Come To Shove" was in HD. They are on different accounts and attached to different email addresses... the Save My Son is affiliated with savemysontv@gmail.com but it's still not working in HD even though I paid for it.

What should I do? Please help ASAP! I just want HD for the "Save My Son" account
