Talked to Microsoft and MSN tech support. Since the new IE9 upgrade onlast week If you use the MSN butterfly to get on msn ustream videos will not show. Was told by the tech that ustream is not compatable with msn explorer anymore and videos will not load for usteam tv decorah eagles or any video. They said this is a ustream issue. They tried everything to fix with negative results. Again this is only when you open msn from the butterfly for msn.

Just saw internet explorer is not compatible with ustream. I tried to download chrome and foxfire but system said file was corrupt and would'nt let me download. So does that mean I can't use ustream anymore?

Had the same exact problem with ustream and internet explorer. I was about to give up and forget about ustream when i found my solution after trying many things.
You have to find what is called the cache in your computer and empty it,reboot your computer and go back to ustream . It worked for me hopefully it will for you too !

I am running Norton Security on my Windows 7 here. Scan always say it resolves all the cookies .

However, last night I opened the cache and there are 743 cookies where I had logged into Ustream. Could not get computer to delete them, so manually deleted each one until came to the top with the blue Ustream . Closed that. Had Shockwave already. Had Active X filtering checked. Had picture but SS and picture were very tiny. Allowed Ustream to use space on computer.. A box came up telling me to click on accelerators.

Then was able to go full screen and all my other I.E. Web sites began to work properly.

Thank you so very much for all your help and kindness working with us on this.

We have been enjoying the Eagles once again. We thank you.

White screen of Decorah Eagles solved..

I can not submit a ticket, ustream uses a file extension of .json which is not on my pc, when all of this starting happening over a week ago I thought it was pc so I did a factory restore of Vista 32 bit and now after two factory restores on pc still have the white screen where the video is suppose to be. I went to all the links that was suppose to fix the problem but it did not do nothing.
I was using maxthon 2 browser until ustream did a update on their site, I have been using this browser over 10 yrs now with now problem until the update. I am still using maxthon browser but I am unable to view the cam using it. I think there is a script that is causing this problem because I am able to view videos on youtube, facebook, etc. Please help.

URGENT NO SCREEN.

I can get chat on ustream videos but just white screen. It worked this morning then just stopped. I updated my flash player. Now what. I miss the eagles.

I not only see a white box, I also don't see much of the page in Fire Fox.I am trying to watch Dacorah Eagles and the page its on usually has rules, a map of where D1 is with the tracking and lots of other useful information! Its all missing. I can sign into chat and chat but that's all! My flash player was already updated. Although flash has nothing to do with the rest of the missing page. I have the white box where video should be. When I click on the on air button some of the videos show a photo like normal, the Decorah Eagles is still the first one, but it shows a gray box with the words ustream in it.
I have tried internet explorer and that sort of works, but goes out often.
I have win7 with fire fox 12.0, cookies , cache and history have been deleted.

After a very frustrating day, I uninstalled my flash and reinstalled it, now im back up and running!

Having the same problems: white screen, everything but video screen & the useful info below it. Have cleared cache, deleted Flash Player & the Plugin (I'm using Firefox), reinstalled Adobe Flash... nothing works! I don't have this issue on my netbook, or my office computer, so I know it's something with this desktop at home. Just can't discover what the problem is!

did you delete flash player and the plug in? or did you uninstall it? there is a difference. uninstall you go to control panel to uninstall programs and files, and uninstall from there. that is how you should do it.

Looks like we're all down now - no Ustream on many sites.
Decorah Eagles, Maine Eagles, loons, the entire RRP webs gone and yes, I emptied my cache, that has nothing to do with it. Of course some idiot says Ustream was trashed by Russia (groan) must be some old person...how about Afghanistan? Hah! Anyway, whatever it is...probably on overload is my guess, but the eaglets we watch are getting old before our eyes.....hurry and fix it!

Karen Cotter, Ustream is still up and running. I just brought it up on my screen. I watch the barn owls. Not sure what the problem is but don;t give up. Seems t be many different problems on many different computers. Alas, there is no one answer.
