i thought premium customers had no limit?

when i try to watch ustream programs it sais that the time limit of watching ustream has been reached for my area and if you are a premium client then there's no limit. i am a premium customer. can some one tell me whats going on?

Can you please let to know the URL of the channel(s) that you are trying to watch? Can you also include a screenshot of the exact error message?
