Mobile broadcast playing audio but no video

Why is it that when I did my mobile broadcast it just says audio only? I tested it several times to make sure it worked but when I did the real broadcast it just recorded audio only. The audio is great but just no video. My earlier tests recorded fine with audio and video. I even recorde something afterward and it worked fine. Does anyone have a clue to whats causing this?

What mobile device are you using? Also, is your video camera working in other applications?

I am using a Galaxy Prevail from Boost Mobile. It works fine when I do a live broadcast. I tested it several times before I did the actual broadcast. The camera works great. It recorded video the day before I did the broadcast. It even showed the view just fine during the broadcast. Do you think it was the length? I have a 8 gb memory card in my phone and it has plenty of space. My test broadcasts were only a few minutes. This broadcast was 15 mins. It kinda bummed me out at first as this was my first real attempt at my show. lol! But its ok. I have been dealing with computers long enough to know it does not always go as planned. Hope you can find what caused this.Also is there a way to recover the video or is it just lost? Ustream is the only application I use it in. The video I record on it it posted to my youtube page.

We're aware of a recent issue where video is not fully recovered (only audio) after your connection is dropped and reestablished, even if the disconnect lasts for a very short time (seconds). Needless to say, we're working on fixing this as soon as possible.

  well i am havning the same issue, iPad, iphone, and andriod are all saying audio but no video...
