Monitoring Audio

Edit Subject

We purchased Producer Pro to upgrade not downgrade. We cannot monitor audio.... when the headphone icon is enabled all we hear lots of echoing.....and when it is muted everything is silent of course. Please help me out here we have a show to run!

A studio condenser Mic plugged into a 12 channel mixer. From the mixer to the computer input. Sound fx, movie files in the producer app has no problem at all.....sounds great without echoing. The only shot that echoes is the camera's video shot. Built in mic of the camera has been disabled and the audio line input mic of the pc is enabled....

Hi,
The set up sounds just about right to me. Can you tap the built in computer microphone to make sure it is disabled? Could you maybe record a video and send me a link to it, please?

Hi Ivana, I recorded with the speakerphone icon on....While broadcasting I can hear the echo through my speakers... You can rarely hear the echoing in the recorded video.... Surprisingly the echo didn't have a negative affect on the result.... Here's the link you can check it out... https://www.ustream.tv/recorded/23316445

Thanks for the serial reset. It worked partially. The watermark is gone and I can continue adding shots....but awkwardly the camera shot is still scaled up and has horizontal lines in it. I deleted it to re-add it but it didn't want to add it. It added everything else except the camera shot.
Do you know what the problem is?

Can you please take a screenshot so I can see that? Have you tested the camera with other software to know if this is not the camera issue?
