multiple live cameras for 1 account, use Pro Starter?

I have 4 Contour cameras, 4 Cerevo LiveShells, and 4 AT&T 4G wireless modems mounted in 2 vehicles. I want to stream all 4 at once on our web page, do i need 4 individual USTREAM accounts?

I was thinking of using the Pro Starter USTREAM to make it a bit nicer for the people viewing live.
