I just started using Ustream Producer to broadcast and record the majority of my streams.Everything was working fine until about a week ago, it started giving me this message "Can not connect to the RMTP/Flash server with the given IP address."
I looked at some of the solutions given to people who had this same problem, but even after messing around with windows ports and everything it still didn't work. Then I tried to use the old ustream interface to broadcast my video and that didn't work. I tried this on multiple computers. So I just summized that there is a problem with my Ustrem channel in general. lol
At this point I don't know what's wrong with my channel or why it would just all of a sudden stop working, was hoping someone could help me.

Hi gospelsoundswm - have you tried from a different internet network? When you mentioned you tried from different computers were they all in the same location?
I'd suggest the following:
1. Update your Flash player, please make sure it's updated by going here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
2. Make sure your ports were opened successfully - I see you mentioned you already tried opening the ports, but I want to make sure you opened the right ones. We did have an update to the ports this year. Please read our forum articles here to double-check you opened the right ones:

3. Update your version of Producer
If you are able to, I'd suggest trying to access a different internet network and seeing if you are still getting the error message.Comment -

Thanks for your suggestions.
Producer and Adobe flash player are up to date. We were still having issues with producer so we decided to nix using the whole program amd revert back to using the broadcast interface through the web browser.
However, now when we try to broadcast live, we in the office can see the live feed from the webcam through the ustream web interface, but viewers who try and access the live channel either through ustream, or the embedded ustream player on our website only see a black screen. And all the advertisements play fine though.... -
