My HMC150 and Ustream - what's the best setup?

Just starting to setup my Ustream channel. Figured I'd ask before I started purchasing equipment. What is the best way to use my Panasonic HMC150 to begin streaming? Any special equipment I need to purchase as an interface? Do I need to use the Producer software? Generally, what is the best setup to get me started?
