Audio and Video issues with Dazzle and Producer

Edit Subject

I am using a Dazzle to capture the video and audio from my camera.
I have confirmed there is audio coming in from the camera.
I have checked the audio settings, they are turned on and up.
Checked Device Manager, no issues with the Sound, Video and game controllers.

I have verified that Dazzle is selected for the video and for the audio.

Any suggestions why I would not be hearing any audio?

Hi Steves_TechDirect! I have noticed a few other users reporting issues with Dazzle and audio not coming through. This might be a compatibility issue between Dazzle and Producer since it sounds like you've already checked your other settings.

I'd recommend using the Producer Pro trial version and seeing if Dazzle works then. Please let me know, I'll keep investigating and will keep you posted.

I am frustrated and not good with technical stuff. I just want the dazzle device to work. Cant get picture and then cant get sound. Then I get picture and still cant get sound. Going for days now. I may give up use a different product

I downloaded Producer, can't get my camera to come on? My camera works with Ustream in broadcast mode but not in producer? What am I doing wrong? I just get a blue screen.

I am going to setup a skype class and connect my laptop to the large screen to display it. I want to take what is on my tv and put to ustream so that people can watch remotely. I was looking at the Dazzle to get the video and audio to a computer that does the connection to ustream. do you know if ustream will take the dazzle as a input to allow the video and audio to go out?

I did try the Ustream Producer Pro. No help. I do her the woman stating this is a demonstration of Ustream Producer Pro.
I still am not able to get sound from the camera through Ustream..

Thanks for letting me know Steve - I'm sorry that doesn't help with the issue, but it helps us to better pinpoint it. Unfortunately not all equipment is compatible with Ustream, so it sounds like we might be facing that here with Dazzle. We're still investigating though, maybe there's a workaround.

Is anyone currently using Dazzle and Producer successfully?

First , What is Dazzle? As far as I know I do not own or use anything called Dazzle? Second my computer is brand new, I 7 processor and lots of ram and everything. I am using the BUILT IN CAMERA. Again when log into ustream and hit broadcast my CAMERA WORKS. When I launch producer it does not work. Am I missing a step or doing something in the wrong sequence?

I use Aver Media capturing video and audio it is working very well but for some minutes cause we lost audio few minutes after broadcasting and we have to re start the ustream to get audio back and again few minutes after re start we lost audio...
and we keep re start and re start - we need a solution for this issue

  I think the Aver Media may be different than the Dazzle. Can you please let me know the exact model of Aver Media product you are using? Are you using Producer, FMLE, or the We Broadcaster to encode the broadcast?

  Are you able to broadcast for more than 5-10 minutes when encoding using the Web Broadcaster "Go Live Button"?
  
  I am trying to find out if it is the hardware (aver media video capturer ezmedia usb gold 2.0) or something else?
  
  The hardware you are using may not be compatible with Producer. Compatibility is better with capture devices that use Firewire or PCI compared to USB 2.0. I do not have the Aver media capture device to test with here in the office.

Max we still have this big problem and that is going to be very bad to our business in town _ we need a solution as soon as possible b'cause our TV is for community and the "money" for this project came from the municipality - we have to have it work very well to explain the cost for this project or another way we have to use to help us to solve this as fast as possible we are going to do - we have Ustream Studio and we pay monthly for add free

I am using the dazzle dvc100. I am trying to stream video using adobe flash media encoder 3.2. The video works, I cannot get the audio to come through on ustream. I have subscribed to the trial version of pro. Can anyone help me. When i use Windows Media encoder i can pick up video and sound through the dazzle. Not using ustream as its not compatible.

  The dazzle dvc100 is not compatible with Ustream Producer. I do not have the device so I cannot test it with FMLE.
  
  If you want to use a capture device with Producer we recommend a device that uses Firewire like the Grass Valley Canopus ADVC-110.
