Photoshop Static on Wacom Cintiq

I'm using photoshop on a Wacom Cintiq, and I would like to start streaming some of the time while I'm working. I got it hooked up fun, but every time I move the Photoshop window or click on anything within my broadcast becomes static. The Photoshop window shows up fine, I can open up image files and see them in my broadcast It's only when I click on or start to draw on anything in Photoshop that I get an extreme static.
