recorded video not showing when I embed

HI, in the embed video, the recorded video doesn't play (The live stream did). The recorded video plays from the USTREAM webpage and on the channel, but not on the embed window of my other webpage (the timer is moving but its just a blank screen showing and no sound). (I had no problem before). I am using pro.

I'M HAVING THIS SAME ISSUE AND I'M ON THE VERGE OF CALLING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DENY THIS CHARGE!

My Ustream pro account has completely stopped allowing iphone and safari to view our videos. The message "content is not online" displays for ALL VIDEOS suddenly and the embedded player SUDDENLY won't work on ANY browser.

How do you charge a $500/month service and not have a way to report and QUICKLY fix problems? This is my 2nd post in 2 days and no one has responded as of yet to these severe issues with the TexanAllSports channel.
