Samsung Galaxy Note Broadcast HQ?

Hi guys, im using a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and am connected via WIFI and my isp provides me unrestricted bandwith and my uplink is currently hitting around 22mbs. Basically i need to run a broadcast on Monday using my tablet however and have installed the app from the android store whoever it does not seem to be in HQ or HD the stream, it seems possibly 320 x 240. Am i doing something wrong how can i can enable the higher quality broadcasts on my tablet, out of intrest what is the default stream settings in kbs etc?
