Scheduling a Pay Per View Webcast

I want to webcast a 2 day conference, 8 - 1 hour sessions. I will probably just seperate it into 2 broadcasts. So that i only have to charge my viewers twice. How do I ensure there are no commercials? I don't want a monthly membership as this is a one time event. How much Bandwidth do you recommend for an event? I will be streaming a production video feed that will be mixed before coming into my computer. I am considering using a Black magic UltraStudio SDI Adapter to capture the video to my Macbook. Do you know if this integrates well with producer? I am considering using the High Bandwidth settings. We expect this webcast to be viewed internationally (ie. Africa, Asia), is there anything that should take into condieration for those viewers? Is it possible to have a dedicated support Tech that I can email in order to test before the webcast and on the day of the event in case of emergency?
