I can't find the Six Nations Video on Demand I'm looking for!
I have the six nations subscription but cannot play the rec version of either of today's games. I get a message telling me I have already paid for the event, and then a blank screen.

The videos on demand will be available for all games, but it may take up to 24 hours after a game ends for the video to be posted.

what is the hold up on the Ireland v Wales rugby game. my wife has been waiting to watch this awhile now. I am sure she will not make the mistake of purchasing again if this is a habitual problem.

So after waiting for 3 days are you still going try to charge $20? I'll pay $20 to watch live ot a few hours later if I was out but this is rediculous. These games are well known in advanced provided by, suposedly, professional companies and Ustream has been showing them for over a year. So why are you asking us to be patient?

I understand that and I am very sorry for that. The game was on for the live stream though as advertised, only the video on demand has been delayed. You can file a ticket and ask for a refund. Our team will consider your possible money return.

What is the deal with rugby video. i paid for the 6 nations package expecting to be able to see video live or delayed. So now I have waited more than 24 hours since the Ireland-Wales match was played and it still is not available. What gives?

I wasn't asking for a refund. I was asking that Ustream provide the games for a reduced fee - say $5. Ustream is providing a service and charging money for that service. The service value is dependant on the timeliness of the video. I wanted to watch the game without knowing the outcome but because of the delay now I do. So why should I still pay the same price as watching it live? -

Perhaps if we were to call the Premier Sports office in San Francisco between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. a person with more responsibility and authority than poor Ivana will take up this matter. It says a lot that there is no support phone number, and that the main office goes offline during the weekend. (415) 400-4869

When someone thanks you it is polite to say, "You are welcome." So, you are welcome. But I am only being polite. Clearly, I had no choice but to wait two days, even though I paid to see the Ireland-Wales match on Sunday.
Finally, the fact Ustream or Premier Sports has no phone support on the weekends is lamentable, and the hours your office in San Francisco is open, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays, is inconvenient, to say the least. Twice I have purchased rugby video from Ustream in advance. Both times there have been issues with matches being delivered on time as advertised. Through no fault of my own it won't be until this weekend that my family will be able to sit down together to watch the Ireland-Wales 6 Nations match. It seems to me that simple manners calls for an apology, or maybe even a credit.- view 1 more comment

The fact is that your company has not provided the services that were contracted for which was both live and on demand games. I did not buy on demand several or even one day later and as someone already mentioned watching a game when the result is known two days later is of little value. As this is a clearly understood and documented issue it should not be necessary to file a complaint and one would have hoped that you would have offered compensation already. I paid $99 for this subscription. There are 5 weekends so that's $20 each. So far I expect a credit to my card of $20 as you failed to come through this weekend. I will take the matter up with my credit card company if necessary. Lets hope the next few weekends are a major improvement in many senses.

I did file it. It's located right above your last comment. And for the record you had problems with all three games as noted above. In addition your impenetrable web site and total lack of support meant that I wasted a great deal of time trying to figure out the problem which I may want compensating for as well. There is no need to reply to this. Please just process the refund. Thanks.

As Ivana mentioned, the games were available "live" in real time. The VOD's sometimes take a little longer to manage, because if anything else, technology is not always as easy as 1's and 0's ;)

Anyone else having audio problems with the live stream for the Ireland v. France rugby game? Was no audio at all for a while, now getting "ambient" audio, but no announcers.

I think you may be affected by another unrelated issue which is preventing some people from watching anything on Ustream. Do you see a white box wherever there is supposed to be a video player? If so, please check these steps to adjust your flash settings.
First, make sure you have flash updated, by checking your version number on this page:

Then, check that your setting match whats described here and clear your Flash cookies and allow for Flash content to be stored on your computer.

If this still doesn't resolve the issue, we have a fix coming out tomorrow AM which should fix it.
Again, this is ONLY if the symptom you are experiencing is a white box where the player is supposed to be. I'm taking this from your comment that you see a "blank screen"
If the issue is something else (e.g.. the video not being available or not playing back correctly) then the solution is something different. -

Could not watch the ireland france game last weekend because the stream froze every few seconds. This was happening to the live feed but is now also happening to all the recorded games I have. The problem is on more than once computer and each of these computers can play netflx, youtube etc with no problem. I was even able to play a pool game that came up immediatly on the ustream front page. You have a problem, please fix it before this weekend..tomorrow

Really frustrating! Trying to watch recorded games from last week; I have watched games before and it has not been this choppy. I have wired internet connection, good download speed, not running other programs etc.
It is very hard trying to find out how to contact you and get some help. From the comments I have seen, I don't appear to be the only one...so how can it be fixed? Is there a telephone number to call to get some assiatance instead of having to wait for an email response? -

frustrated, I really want to watch the matches I paid to see.
Video for on demand matches has been choppy both last week and now this weekend. I have run through all the suggestions in the FAQ section and have played videos from both Ustream and other streaming sites with no issues. The system worked great the first few weeks, but now half way through it's become a mess.
Please fix this issue and update me when it has been completed. -

Another day, another disaster. My wife and I would like to watch the Ireland-France match, but it is a choppy mess. This is the third weekend some "technical difficulty" has robbed us of a chance to watch the rugby matches we paid $99 to see. What's worse, this is the second day our complaints have been ignored.
