Troubles with iPad and iPhone users at viewing our channel
We have some troubles with iPad and iPhone users. We are using a free-standard account and in Pc or Mac users, live-streams are fine and users can see it well. On the other hand, users in iPad or iPhone mobile, see robotized images, low-quality and sound has some noises. With a starter account we can troubleshoting it and make iPad and iPhone looks well?

What is your channel URL? I am happy to test your channel when it is live. Are iOS users noticing this with recorded videos or only the live channel?Comment -

I'm now having this problem as well.
Works fine on the Android app, but not on iPad and iPhone.-

I am watching your channel now. All I see if the inside of a church. I do not see any people, movement or audio. Please let me know when you are going to start your broadcast and I will watch the broadcast. -

Looks like it is working. The problem seemed to be limited bandwidth at the site for the ipad/iphone.

ive had this problem intermittently...even people at their residence trying to view the recorded videos. But it doesnt always do this.... is this any known issue?

I'm now having this problem, what ever the issue has now hit my ipad 2 as well video's load but won't play or play for a few seconds then freeze. i can not use Ustream on my ipad do to these issues.
