Trying to watch UStream App on iPad and iPhone fails.....
When users using iPhone's and iPad's try to use the UStream app try to watch our recorded content, they receive an error message stating this broadcaster has no recorded shows. If they try to use Safari, and select our recorded content they see available on the right side of the window, the blue main view screen comes up with text that says "This content is currently not online." PC and Android users have no issues. How can we fix this? Thanks.

Same issue here.
Friday I tried to watch creativelive's program and got the black window with spinning wheel. I tried every solution their site suggests but got no correction of the issue. I sent them an email and they said they put in a ticket with ustream to have the issue addressed. This means I cleared cache, history and cookies, refreshed browser, tried ustream app directly. No joy.
Yesterday things worked. Yeah but why?
Today I get the message "The content is currently no online". I can see the content up and ready which means it IS on line (and available on my laptop and iPhone) but when I select it I get this feedback statement.
I am very frustrated with this situation and the time it has taken me to try to get it resolved. If this is an Apple oriented issue that you know of then please give me iPad/Apple-specific directions on how to do what needs to be done to correct it. I do have the latest iOS installed.
If there is something else I need to do with my safari settings or ustream app, I am all ears, but really need the guidance from you and your technical staff since I don't want to spend any more time trying to get things working. Today NO live content is available, not just that from creativelive.com.
I have had no problems with use of my windows based laptop for viewing and I use Firefox. So maybe this is an Apple issue, although I don't understand why it's working on my iPhone but not my iPad.
Sure would appreciate some assistance as I am willing to check things out with some guidance. -

How do I contact UStream Directly?
This forum is the only way I know of to ask questions or to have problems resolved.
I know of a church across town that puts their services out on UStream, and we have no problems at all looking at all of their recorded shows on the iPhone and iPad.
So, we need to get this fixed..... -

Please can someone help with this issue? We are still having this problem, and we have received no answers to this question. There is another local church that also is a UStream broadcaster, and all of their past broadcasts are available even when they are off-air, while ours are not.
Please help with this issue, or point me to someone at UStream that can answer this problem.
