Unhappy with "Featured" and "Recommended" ads
I am a little unhappy. USTREAM's latest move kind of forced us into a Pro membership. We went ahead because the thought of inappropriate ads, and interruptions being GONE appealed to us. And yet, on our broadcast page USTREAM has listed "Featured" and "Recommended". BOTH of these are producing inappropriate material for a church broadcast page as well as being annoying. Please. USTREAM, remove your "Features" and "Recommendations" from our channels!

Naturally, if you see something that does not comply with our Terms of Use, please take a screen shot and send it to us so we can investigate.

You have a Premium Membership which means that you do not see ads when you are logged into the account: RevivalGlobalNetwork.
The featured channels are not ads. They are editorially selected based on what channels are currently live. Unfortunately this is a core element to Ustream and it is not possible to remove it on a custom basis. -

I pay for a Premium Membership and I am having the same problem. I am extremely offended by the chakra healing, psychic powers, etc that are advertised here. This is NOT something we want our children exposed to as it is blatantly against our religion. We pay for the service in order to not have our children exposed to these ads, yet ustream has still found a way to put them in there!

Ustream should change the wording on the features of pro broadcasting regarding advertisements. If your not going to remove advertisements, say so! Its wrong to mislead people into paying you for a service if your not going to remove advertisements. The fact that you choose not to call them advertisements or not is irrelivent they are advertisement no matter what source they come from.-
