Urgent: Event no longer valid!

Hello,
We have an 8-day event (on day 3 now) and it is no longer showing in the ustream producer broadcaster (it says 'no event'). Now the event is open to everyone.. please fix as soon as possible.
When we set it up, it was put into the system to start on 13th, and to run for 8 days.
