Urgent: Issues with recorded video playback for our PPV event

Hello,
We are hosting an 8-day ppv event and there are some issues with video playback:
1. Viewers have reported seeing ads on the recorded videos -- shouldn't these videos be ad-free as people are paying money to see them??
2. The video that was recorded today does not allow any editing or viewing, how to fix this as soon as possible??
3. After each broadcast, 3 or 4 files are created, even though only a single recording was done.
