Video Is Frozen

I used to always do Ustreams with my Microsoft LifeCam 3000. Then, I got a new laptop with a built-in webcam. However, the webcam is pretty crappy so i want to use the one I've always used. Now, every time I try to do a Ustream for people, I'm frozen to all my viewers. Know any ways to fix this?
