I’m confused

Video over 15 minutes to Youtube, why not ? My Youtube is ready !

How to upload Ustream videos over 15 minutes to Youtube ?
I activate my Youtube account to handle with larger videos oves 15 minutes, but I still can't upload it . The button "Upload to Youtube" is active only if my video is under 15 minutes. So is there a way to move a large video from Ustream to Youtube, or I must download it to my computer and than upload it to Youtube ?

I'm glad to let you know that this week we managed to release our upgraded YouTube upload feature so now it takes everyone's connected YouTube account limit into consideration.

We have decided to allow 1 week for you to take care of the videos in question before re-enabling the auto deletion that we had in place earlier.

Please make sure to take care of these videos by the end of April.

  I have almost the same issue.. but after i verified youtube uploads to over 15 min, the video on ustream page is kinda stuck and has a superior bar saying "Upload in progress.:" but it is like this for 2 days already..
  
  Is there any way to cancel that operation and restart it again ?

I had this exact same issue. Just going round and round in circles with verification.

To try to solve a different issue, I just downloaded and installed the latest version of Friefox 10.0.2 with included Adobe Flash 11.1.102.62, (after having to reinstall my PC) and ALL the videos I've previously requested to go to Youtube have just started trying to upload.

Good Afternoon, Just came here and found this and this problem is exactly the issue that I am having. I found I am reaching my 10 GB limit, so wanting to move the older videos over to YouTube to free up space here. 1) Got to verify my YouTube account for EVERY video upload! 2) Currently have 3 uploads "stuck" in Uploading to YouTube. 2 of the 3 were started Sunday night and no indication on my YouTube account that any upload is currently in progress. The third was just verified (again) with YouTube that I am allowed to upload videos greater than 15 minutes and started it. So seeing other's here reporting this I see this is currently a known issue that I hope is being currently looked into. Thanks!

Well...it has been 4 days for 2 videos and 3 days for the third and they are all still "stuck" on Uploading to YouTube in progress. Of course I see no way to cancel and retry. Is this something that I just need to wait a little longer to see if it clears or is there a way for me to go in and cancel and retry to upload to YouTube?

All this is OK, but I still can't upload anything, OR make it look like uploading something. The "Upload to Youtube" - button is dimmed. I have huge videos (like 1,5h-2h) here in Ustream and I want to move them to Youtube.

Now the "upload to youtube" button is not working for any vidoes. I see that your last post was 5 days ago, and it is Monday, so did anyone lose any sleep over the weekend? Just wanting an update on how things are progressing.

Well lets see.. The Flash will not translate to a movie, the MP4 video is freezes its picture in the middle, and the system will not let me upload it to Youtube to I can try to download it from there, ( its 34 minutes long, and while I send it verifications, it does not seem to want to upload)

Any ideas here?

The YouTube transfer/upload option results in an error:

"Upload to YouTube failed! Make sure you can upload videos with unlimited length by verifying your account."

My company has YouTube accounts to which we are trying to transfer videos longer than 15 minutes. We have also verified these YouTube accounts and we are YouTube Partners, so we should be able to upload videos up to 12 hours long. Furthermore, we are able upload long videos using YouTube's dedicate upload page.

This transfer/upload option works for some of our accounts, but not for others. All of our accounts are verified, capable of 12 hour uploads, and are under the YouTube Partner umbrella.

Please advise!

I know that Youtube has changed their settings to unlimited upload time if you verify your account with them. My account is verified I am still getting the 15 minute error and I have removed then added back my Youtube account? Can someone help me to troubleshoot/resolve this issue. Thanks.

  Yes, that is correct. I completed the steps of entering a phone number and providing it with the verification number once the text was received. I also did this again so if it didn't take it the first time somehow.
