video playback is very slow. Recording is fine. Bandwidth is fine.

Videos we record, record fine. Problem is during playback. It locks up. I have to pause it and let it download so I can watch. Any clues? Is Ustream having bandwidth issues?
As I mentioned, my bandwidth is fine 22Mb+up, 5Mb+down.
