Viewer Connection Issues

I have been having issues out of nowhere where people cannot view my live streams. I have also had this issues where I cannot view other streams. I have tried on multiple networks, so I know it is NOT a connection issue. Is ustream having issues?

Same as above,,,what's going on? I can watch it live on facebook, but not how i've always done on ustream.
