@Bubblesladoo. If you are new to their circle or cluster of circles of moderators than this probably doesn't apply to you. But otherwise, why don't you just admit, at least to yourself/yourselves, that a problem element amung FFRC's moderators horrificly bans (high magnitude, and grossly unethically; example -- blinding intended victims and theirs neighbors to the chat as part of a black-psychology tactic, rather than the much more exceptable (less wrong, in progressive cyberculture ethics not an unnecessary kick in the testicals) blocking assertions to the chat), and often does so in a way that basicly fakes and itself actually is a technical problem... Instead of trying to get Ustream and other "customers" to in effect cover for you?
Doesn't apply to you, niave relative newcomer or otherwise innocent? The wisdom goes that your culprits would be whoever was around at foundation-time and still is that defined the parts of your overall system that hides from or insulates from Jacci the chat, traffic that's you deliborating or equivalent who is to be banned and to what extent, and set it up so redress by victims of wrongful banning are not as part of normal operation evaluated and will tend to seem like rantings of or harrassment by someone whose actually is in the wrong -- or at least can be easily recast or spun that way. If you don't already grasp them, learn about the beltway effect, and the bubble effect (much overused these days, but google it) and figure out who set up Jacci's environment so that both would exploitably happen to her.
