want old site back
i do not want the new ustream site but i can not go back to the old site and i am very upset because i hate this new site please how can i go back to the old site i tried the box that said go back to old site but it does not work please i want the old site i want the ffrc old site please help me because i watch all day please

Have you tried hovering over the feedback button on the right hand side of the site. You can then click on the button to bring you back to the old side.
If this does not work please let me know what web browser you are using.

Max's "solution" is no help whatsoever. No feedback button visible. Chat non-existant. Hate this. Want old version back.

Hi macisle - you have to be logged in in order to see the feedback tab in the new site. Also to view chat you need to go to the middle rectangle icon in the upper left of the page.
If you are unable to still see chat or the feedback tab, please try clearing your cache and cookies (you can do this in the browser settings). Then close the browser window and reopen it. You should then see the old site.
Just a note - not all broadcasters choose to have chat. What channel are you trying to chat in? -

Well, got this nice little e-mail from your company today and it was so enlightening. Really???? It did not tell me how to get rid of that blue tab but I have already learned to use the popout and slide the new page over the old one and blot out the blues!!! lol So, why did you send me that useless message as it didn't give any info at all. Sorry guys, but we still remain clueless. How about just taking that blue tab away for good? thanks, Babysnooks38

hi babysnooks38 - Unfortunately we can't remove the blue feedback tab since that is not customizable. I have forwarded your complaints to our product team though so they're aware it's an annoyance to you!

I, too, want the old version back. The feedback tab is no longer. I truly dislike the new version and will stop using Ustream if this continues.

hi sas4900! You need to be logged in to Ustream to see the Feedback tab. Are you able to see if after logging in?

These people are no help at all. I don't know why they felt the need to come up with something new when the old was not broken.

Can you please reply with a screenshot showing that you are logged in and that there is no feedback tab? I will then look into this further.

please help - we have been watching the Decorah eagles on ustream the old version and really like it - We accidentally clicked on the blue flag and no we can not get back to the old version. Thank you - Southeastern Jr High

it won't even let me log in. i hate the new site can't see chat on the item i'm watching and can't log in. i had to go in on firefox and not internet explorer just to try to see the old and there it wouldn't let me type my email address.

This new site has a limited number of categories to browse, and does not include some of those previously provided. I used to browse the Spirituality category, and now I can't find anything new to watch, only what's already on my Dashboard.

I am having the same problem (DJCholl) Channel. Since we have the UStream, all my parameters have gone wack! When I view my stats (month to month) via my dashboard, then channel, then metric, I cannot choose past August..but I streamed last Friday! I used to have no problems with my stats.
I want to go back to the Ustream. I've read the thread of notes below, and I am logged in but cannot see the tab you are reffering to. Please HELP!! -
