deejayboone and RaKoo,
You you using the Web Broadcaster (new or old versions)?
If you are using the Web Broadcaster what web browser ar you using? -
-
I'm having the same issue. I even tried to uninstall, install and update. Nothing seems to resolve this issue. I even tried downloading it on my other new pc. The same issue accrues. I'm using safari, ie9, chrome and fire fox. Same issue happens. Could it be the flash player?

Same problem. Very frustrating. Using Windows (Chrome, Firefox, IE) with the same results. Frozen image.

Hi all! We just tested WebcamMax and were able to successfully broadcast with it, so please give me some more information to help troubleshoot what's causing the issue on your end:
1. Try downloading the newest version of WebcamMax 7.6.3.6
2. Try using Web Broadcaster in a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox and definitely make sure your Flash player is up to date by going here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
3. What filters were you using?
4. How many filters were you using in total?
5. Did you notice it freezing in the WebcamMax screen or just in your Ustream broadcast?
6. At what point did it start to freeze?
7. Did you try refreshing your browser window?
We also tested in Producer and it was working for that as well, so the final step might be to try it in Producer and see if it works for you. To download Producer please go here: https://www.ustream.tv/producer
Thank you all for your patience while we try to pinpoint the issue. -

i have this same problem on all streaming websites, however it works fine in IE, only in chrome and firefox. With that said, it also works fine in skype, perhaps something to do with the last flash plugin update.

I've done all the steps above to no avail. This is an issue with the Web Based protocol, as Ustream producer works (but unfortunately doesn't have all the features of the web based app..) PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
-
Hi CRNTalkRadio - we did test internally on our Web Broadcaster and WebcamMax worked on our end - so I apologize that we can't recreate the issue you are having.
What version of Flash are you using?
What web browser are you using?
What version of WebcamMax are you using?
Can you also please answer these questions:
1. What filters were you using?
2. How many filters were you using in total?
3. Did you notice it freezing in the WebcamMax screen or just in your Ustream broadcast?
4. At what point did it start to freeze?
5. Did you try refreshing your browser window?
In regards to Producer not offering the same features that our Web Broadcaster does, can you please tell me which features you need that Producer isn't offering? They might be located elsewhere so I can help direct you. -

Same problem. Adobe says Chrome is using the most recent version of Flash. When I try to use Producer, it distorts my sound heavily. So I'm left without an effective streaming method at the moment.
-
@whearn - when you say your sound is getting distorted, what's happening exactly? Are you hearing an echo, is the sound fuzzy or crackly, etc.?
What sound source are you using? Your built-in web cam or a plugged in mic? -
-
Not broadcasting sound. As soon as I turn on Producer, anything I'm listening to gets slowed down to something akin to 75% of normal speed. This happens no matter how many, or how few, programs are running on my computer.

hi! Same problem here, I hope a fix to this "bug" comes out soon.
P.A. -

Adobe Flash Player 11.3.300.257 thats the latest version flash i have with firefox and did have that problem but i have another when flash stops working

take another similar software into consideration, Magic Camera, after you install it , it will detect your build-in camera automatically, you can refer to the site:http://www.shiningmorning.com/howto-c...

I ran into this issue, but more often than not, the issue would be that WCM would make sound be horrible. I notified WCM and they were of no help. I've since switched to SplitCam (which is free) and haven't had a problem since.
