Dear Support Team,
We purchased the wrong software. I am hopeful we can downgrade to Pro Producer, not studio. However, even at that, we could not get the software to work like we needed it to. We thought by upgrading to Pro with an HDV plugin that our camera would work on UStream. However, we were unable to get it to work. Is there someone I can speak to on the phone about this issue in order to determine if there is a workable solution?

What model of HDV camera do you have an how is it connected to your computer? What do you see on the screen when it is connected?
If you want to use a camera in HDV you have two options:
1. Producer Studio (HDV Plugin Included)
2. Producer Pro and purchase the HDV Plugin
